Answers to Your Frequently Asked Questions
No. Guests are instructed not to clean or launder any items in the condo upon their departure. Our housekeeping team follows very strict cleaning and sanitation standards and is required to clean the condo after each guest vacates.
Smoking is strictly forbidden, inside, on the patio, and within 20 feet of any of our properties.
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited
Yes, beach units have a gas BBQ. The 4S Ranch priority has a pool/spa area with a shared BBQ.
We accept payment by Venmo or Zelle. We do accept Visa and Mastercard with a 4% processing fee. The processing fee can be avoided by paying through Venmo or Zelle.
Our Housekeeping service uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols recommended by the CDC and WHO to clean between guests, with particular attention paid to high-touch items such as door knobs, light switches, cabinet pulls, etc.
Check-out is at 10AM on the designated date of checkout. Upon your departure we ask that you take the trash out, start the dishwasher with detergent, secure all windows and doors, turn off fans, lights and AC/Heat. For those units with keys, garage openers and pool FOB’s, please leave them on the kitchen counter.
Check-in is at 4pm and guests can arrive any time after. All of our units have lock keypads and you can directly access the unit. The access codes will be given to you 24 hours prior to check in.
We accept payment by Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. If paying by credit card there is a 4% fee and a valid ID will be required.
Along with the Security Deposit fee, we also collect a cleaning fee.

The FOB’s will be given at check in. There is a $100 lost key charge.
We provide all dinnerware and flatware, a variety of utensils for cooking/baking/serving/etc., all major and minor appliances including blender, toaster, and coffee maker (Keurig), as well as non perishable spices and herbs have usually been left by other guests.
A starter pack! We provide trash can liners, dish detergent, hand and body soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen sponge, paper products to start off your stay, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, broom, vacuum and basic cleaning items as well as bed linens, bath towels and beach/pool towels.
San Diego has an average temperature of about 70 degrees, so you should be fine in just about anything! If you are coming between November and May, it might be a good idea to pack a couple warmer sweaters and a waterproof jacket as well…just in case. Things you might not think to bring, but should!
